The submission as rule

In an interview in the newspaper El Mundo, Miguel Ángel Moratinos was defending to layer and sword his deplorable management in episodes like the sequestration of the tuna fishing boats "Beach of Bakio" and "Alakrana". "That it should remain clear that the Government neither negotiates nor pays rescues", was sentencing the minister.
The same said when one asked him for the solution of another sequestration, that of the cooperating ones in Mauritania: "The Government does not negotiate with terrorists; therefore, I am not going to begin to do evaluations on supposed claims".
The same newspaper reveals today that the Government Shoemaker came to an agreement last week of January with the terrorists of To The Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQMI) to pay five million dollars for the liberation of three cooperating ones of the ONG Barcelona United Action.
All these circumstances indicate that the putting at large of three cooperating Catalans, which are in AQMI hands from November 29, 2009, seems immediate.
Especially after the Government of Mali was agreeing, last Thursday, to carry out a rapid judgment that finished with a minimal condemnation - of nine months of prison - against four prisoners salafistas that the terrorists were demanding that they should liberate.

Don Bradley, adviser of the Administration of Ronald Reagan was supporting the maxim of which it is never possible to negotiate with terrorists; "if you give them a milk glass, next they will ask you for the cookies".
The Shoemaker's Government, it is not that they of the glass of milk and the cookies, but he organizes a barbecue in the garden, with pastries, clowns and piñata. And the fact is that if Margaret Thatcher was saying that in circumstances how are you, there are sent "signs" of what is a country and a Government, Shoemaker has already given lights of all the colors: it does not matter that it is a question of ETA, which of buccaneers of half a hair, than of Islamist terrorists.
If there is something clear in the Shoemaker's acts, it is this propensity to give up, to give in before any situation that demands steadfastness, determination and a defense of the beginning and national interests.
The capitulation badly digested destroys and segregates a rough juice; the leeway will drive to a vain ataraxia, flat sleep or useless accommodation inclined to generate a comfort in the indifference, a pleasure in the indolence or the capitulation.
